What is Pilates

A system of exercises using special apparatus designed to improve physical core/body strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness. Pilates focuses on the breath and helps:

  • Improves Core Stability
  • Improves Flexibility
  • Creates a Longer, Leaner, more Balanced Body
  • Improves Posture
  • Decrease Back and Neck Pain

We provide individual and small group instruction.
